System turns on, case fans move, but CPU fan not moving on Gigabyte motherboard

Is this normal? I read that Gigabyte motherboards have a smart fan setting but it seems odd that my CPU fan isn't spinning.

Are you sure you plugged the cpu fan into the motherboard?

Yes, I even unplugged it and replugged it to check. 🙁

Omg. I just realized how stupid I am. The CPU fan was moving but it didn't appear to be moving from far away cause it was going so fast. Sorry.
