System turns on, fans, HDD, etc, but no display

Yesterday I built a new PC, all went well. It all went smoothly without issue.
CPU: i5 8400,
Mobo: Gigabyte Z370XP SLI
GTX 1060
One 8gb stick of RAM
SSD and HDD
550 Watt PSU
But when I went to boot it up, every component turned on, but no display would output to the monitor
What do I do? I've tried moving RAM into different slots, taking the CPU out and back in, disconnecting drives one by one, making sure plugs are in, etc.
Is my new motherboard the problem? What should I return and replace first? Help pls

You have a graphics card. Is is set as default in the bios? Do you get any picture if you plug your cable into the motherboard instead of the gpu?

I've never even gotten into the bios. I've tried using the mobo HDMI port and nothing displays anything.

If you're using discrete gpu, motherboard display outputs get disabled.
Either use display outputs on graphics card or remove the graphics card.

If you are going to test with the motherboard's HDMI port, remove the graphics card first (while the system is off, of course).

RAM may use unsupported speeds.

550 Watt PSU

No-name generic power supplies are not recommended.
