Question System under performing?

I have i5 7400 and gtx 1060 6gb 16 gb ram 2 ssd both 256 gb ok temperature and what's the problem i searched on youtube i5 7400 and gtx 1060 and the guy recording the video was having more fps than me and hes pc was 8 gb ram How?

the guy recording also had 80-60 fps on ultra (battlefield 1) and i have on ultra 50-60 what's the problem

please help me

If you look at the video, his GTX 1060 is running at a fixed 1835 mhz... looking at the specs on Nvidia's website the max boost clock for a standard 1060 is only 1700... so he's got quite a hefty overclock on that graphics card.

how i make it run like how much overclock?
and will it damage my pc?
is it ok like this:
core voltage: +30
power limit: 116
temp limit: 92
core clock: +200
memory clock : +500 msi afterburner
