The 2600 is a great pick but I'd change the motherboard to a good quality B450 as it will perform just as good as the X470 but will be cheaper. For memory make sure it's 3000 or 3200 in dual channel (2x8gb) as Ryzen performs much better with it over 2133 (like a 20 FPS difference). The 1050 ti is ok however for the same price you can get the RX 570 4gb which outperforms the 1050 ti in most games.

The B450-K would work well.

No!!! The Corsair VS series are terrible, if on a budget get the CX/CXM versions but remember, your PSU is the heart of the system. If you get something cheap there's a chance it will ruin your other parts or even catch on fire.
Okay got ya any specific one you can link/recommend? Appreciate it https://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CP-9020102-UK-CX550M-Bronze-Certified/dp/B01C3FFLZ8/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1553172708&sr=8-2&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=cx+550&dpPl=1&dpID=41lIwHsQPTL&ref=plSrch was looking at this one , would this cut it?
