I currently have a 1050 ti 4GB, i5-2500 and 16gb ddr3 RAM, I use the system for gaming but have noticed that my frame rate seems to vary quite a lot and does at time struggle to stay above 60 fps,

My question is what would be the most effective component to upgrade in terms of price to performance, which upgrade will give me the best fps increase.

Thanks :D
