Build Advice System Upgrade Advice

I want to upgrade my system during Black Friday / Holidays because I'm getting low FPS on some new titles (Darktide is running on 50-60 FPS)

My current build:
GPU: nVidia RTX 2700 Super
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
Mobo: Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 16 GB
PSU: Corsair RMx (2018) 650 W 80+
Use: Gaming on 1440p, 144Hz
Country where I'm buying is Germany / EU
Budget: basically unlimited but I would like a good bang for the buck

My initial idea:
CPU -> get 5800x3d since I already got AM4 (going to AM5 and getting 7600x would end up costing over 300€ more)
RAM-> 3600mhz 2x16GB (I like having a lot of tabs and RAM doesn't cost much)
GPU -> I was thinking of getting 6900xt but it would probably be smarter to wait for a month or two to see what new GPUs are coming out (7900xt or 7800xt or 4070 maybe?)
PSU -> current 650W won't cut it, Corsair RM1000x was my idea

Does this make sense or do you guys have any better ideas?

Sounds like you’ve got it covered. I’ve got a 5900x and am happy with that so a 5800x3d should do well. The Corsair psu I’ve got no issues with. I’ve got the 850 watt version of that unit and it’s been a good unit.
