System upgrade help needed

Hello ,
I want to upgrade my desktop. Current Configuration are.
Motherboard: Asus P5KPL AM/PS
Processor : INTEL CORE 2 DUO E7500 @2.93 @2.93
RAM 4 GB DDR2 (2x2gb)
Running Windows 10 64 bit now.
USAGE: Photoshop, Web Design, Surfing, Office work, Accounting

I want to know how can i upgrade my desktop in minimum expenses possible.

DRAM will help, you prob are actually running on about 2GB or less after OS and sharing DRAM with the on board graphics, A GPU with dedicated DRAM will free up memory and improve photoshop and graphics in general, a SSD would improve boot and load times also could look for a better CPU. Might be better off simply putting the money aside and look to get a newer prebuilt rig
