Question regarding new Hardware:
CPU: Which CPU would you recommend??
Motherboard: Which MoBo would you recommend??
Memory: Which mem would you recommend??

I think of replacing these 3 main components and keep the rest, unless you recommend also to get other components that works better with the new setup

Budget: Around 700$

you have plenty of CPU and memory to max World of warcraft Ultra settings - 1920 x 1080.

Here is a benchmark using an i5-4460 with a gtx1060 http://www.userbenchmark.com/PCGame/FPS-Estimates-World-of-Warcraft/3882/165268.10022.0.1080p.0

Your CPU is a bit faster (but same gen haswell and similar to ) the i5-4460 http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Xeon-E3-1225-v3-vs-Intel-Core-i5-4460/m12983vs2310

You may need a bit more video to run at ultra, but the RX480 should be close to running ultra at 1080p. What frame rates you hitting ? Here is a claimed ultra video with rx480 hitting 100+ fps at 1080p using an AMD FX 8350 @ 4.1 GHZ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qVgfHZXBnsU Your cpu should crush the AMD FX 8350 @4.1.

Thanks for the response. I thought my bottle neck was the CPU and the idea is to do an upgrade since it's pretty old nowadays. What combo (Intel) would you recommend.

Hi all. So I'm still trying to figure what to get as proc and Mobo upgrade. Any recommendation for a new proc that will last me for the next couple of year. I might try another games and I in general want to get a newer system. At least the core parts. Any recommendation?? I was checking the i5 7600k .. Should I consider that or go for a newer one that might last me more time??
