System volume information folder access denied in windows 7

First to make "System Volume Information" visible.
Go to Control Panel -> Folder Options -> View tab
Select - Show hidden files, folders, and drives
Uncheck - Hide empty drives in the Computer folder
Uncheck - Hide extensions for known file types
Uncheck - Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)

Then do this:
1) Go to "System Volume Information" folder
2) Right-click "_restore{xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx}"
3) Select "Properties" then select "Sharing" tab
4) Click "Share" button, then select a user
(You will notice at first there is no "Administrators")
Then select "Share" button again then "Done"
5) After Done, the folder now shows a padlock icon

You can now view the contents however I still haven't figured out how can you delete the RP folders.

Note:
In the last RP folder there is one file "change.log" you can not delete. It is probably used by the OS.

This step is same in Windows XP by sharing the System Volume Information. I do this to eliminate nasty viruses living inside the operating system.

[EDIT]
[You can now view the contents however I still haven't figured out how can you delete the RP folders. ]

It is possible that it may be the Read Only checkbox. But I can't unset it. It requires Administrator permission.
