system was very slow

I am suddenly getting very slow. when i try to copy files it;s system was very sow 11gb file take 45min to copy for internal hdd at d same time system was getting stuck pro also We have had a couple of Blue screens. just try some of other hdd to but facing the same pro. some times the task manager showes cpu usage is 0%

Asus Geforce 760
gigabyte z87x-oc
2x4gb ram
750 w cooler master
2tb seagate Hdd
saidon 120v plus

where to start or what might be happening? Computer pretty close to be so slow it will be unuseable.

Run a virus and a malware scan to eliminate that possible. Boot to safe mode and see if problem persist - if it doesn't may well be a driver issue or a startup program

Also I have tried to format and again installing win 7, surely i il tell this is not a driver problem because i try more then 3 Hdd 2 seagate and 1 hitachi Hdd all windows 7 ultimate newly installed

Sounds like a SATA interface problem. Remove any discs in your optical drive, then try disconnecting your optical drive and all drives except the boot drive.

Is BIOS in AHCI or IDE mode?

Try a different SATA cable and a different SATA port.

Also, remove any USB thumb drives.

i just changed ma ddr3 ram now d blue screan pro was resolved but system was Dam slow esply read and write in some time stuck .... in ma Bios in AHCI Mode. and am using some graphic software (adobe pre, photoshop) encoding ....
