Question System will not boot with two sticks of RAM but will with 1

Specs:

Gigabyte B450 AORUS M Motherboard
AMD - Ryzen 7 3800X Processor
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 Memory

The system will only boot if the RAM is in slot 1, if the memory is in any other slot the system will not boot to BIOS. Intended to use dual RAM set up in slot 1 and 3 but am unable to do so.

Tried both sticks of RAM in every slot but either only work in slot 1. Any advice, I had bent CPU pins but have managed to straighten these out and get the system operating.

I think you're still having issues from those bent pins. Or a bad motherboard.
