Question System will not power up

Good Morning,

I just built this desktop computer. When I turn it on I only get a flicker of the RGB light on CPU cooler and when connected, external DVD turns on. I have no lights on MB, no beeps, no fans running.

System :

GIGABYTE Z590 UD AC

CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600MHz CL18

Intel Core i7-11700K 8-Core 16-Thread

WD Black SN850X 1TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe

ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 3060 V2 OC Edition LHR Graphics Card

Deepcool AS500 PLUS CPU Air Cooler

Corsair CX650F RGB, 650 Watt, 80 PLUS Bronze, Fully Modular RGB Power Supply

Deepcool CG560 Mid-Tower ATX Case

I would check for MB to case short . Supply has built in over current and short protection circuits protecting components from infant mortality. Pull the MB. Leave it out of the case. See what happens then.
