Hi. My PC would not boot into BIOS or Windows. It was working fine the other day but it suddenly stopped working. It will give me a black screen if I try to boot into BIOS and it will give me a black screen with a blinking cursor if I try to boot into Windows.

My specs are
Windows 7 Home Premium
AMD FX-6300
Nvidia GTX 750 1GB DDR5
MSI 970A-G43
12GB of RAM
1TB WD Caviar Blue

Please help because I have some data that is very important to me in my PC.

No. Sometimes it will give me a black screen and sometimes it will say entering setup and it will be stuck there

try resetting the BIOS by using the motherboard jumper manually if there's any. Check your SATA cables to your HDD too, it might be loosen or dusty.

The problem is that if the BIOS could not be entered then i cant help much

I see the jumper pins but i have no idea how do i reset it. Can you teach me how

How many Pins are there ?
if it has 3 pins and the jumper connecting the first and second pin, then you should remove the jumper and set it to connect the second and third pin. Then remove it again and return the jumper to default position (pin 1 and 2). After that you will boot the PC with default settings as the BIOS had been resetted. You can do this even when the PSU is connected to the wall socket, just make sure the PC is turned off.
If it only has 2 pins then simlpy connect the pin for a few second using the screwdriver or something conductive, then turn the PC on. Older system usually warn the user that the BIOS setting has been set to default and require a hotkey to enter and/or continue using default options as the BIOS is using factory settings

Basically shorting the two pins will reset it?
