System won't boot without pressing F8... Plz tell me a solution..

I upgraded my pc just a few days ago from Nvidia GT 210 to GTX 750ti 2 GB DDR5 and from default 300w PSU from Zeb 400W PSU Platinum Series but after this all my pc dont boot without pressing F8 key and it takes lots of time to boot.
My Pc's configuration is:
HP w1972a Monitor
Zeb 400W PSU
Intel Default Motherboard with GT 210 installed in it but now it have GTX 750 ti.
6 GB DDR3 Ram
what should i do guys please help me....

Have you tried looking into upgrading your motherboard BIOS? This is a common issue amongst prebuilt PCs and I have hypothesized it is due to installing newer hardware that the BIOS is not equipped to recognize.

Other good things to try are flipping your CMOS switch, resetting your BIOS to default settings, defragmenting hard drive, running ccleaner to clear out any old registry entries left by old drivers and other things, and I can think of a fresh OS install onto preferably an SSD being a final solution.
