[SOLVED] System Won't Boot

I recently had to replace my motherboard and case. The old motherboard had a sata problem.(MSI G31TM-P21) and the case was pretty beat up.

I found a new Motherboard (MSI G41M-P33 Combo). Bought a new case. When everything is screwed down, connections made on Motherboard, it refuses to power up. However, when assembled outside the case, everything powers on and boots right up.

This is the ultimate puzzling experience. I have built systems since 1993 and have never seen this issue pop up. Every time I double check all connections in the case, they match exactly the documentation for the board and case.

Thanks, I finally got it to work. There are no standoffs with this case. Turns out the JFP1 wire pair were incorrect.
