Question System won't boot

I have a relatively old build, about 3-4 years old at this point. I recently moved back home after the semester and when I set up my system, it refused to boot. The power light came in and all the fans started up, but no signal was being sent to my monitors, nor were my mouse and keyboard lighting up. Any advise on what could be wrong?

System Specs:
AMD FX-6300 w/Stock Cooler
MSI 970A-G43
Mushin Eco2 DDR3 RAM
PNY 250GB SSD Boot Drive
Seagate 1TB Hard Drive
MSI GTX 1060 6GB OC
Rosewill Glacier 500M

Update : Got into System Bios, and after exiting Bios for it to boot Windows, I'm right back to square one
