System won't deect any drives

I have compact Presario CQ45 and kid drops in on the hard floor and after that won't detect any drives such as DVD, Hard Drive, USB and etc....I took the hard drive out put it in another PC it works. Cannot recover either. I checked the Bios set up and everything is in order. Sent it to a repair shop and they cannot do anything as well.
Any help would appreciated.

try clearing the cmos to see if that corrects the detection problem.
