I've configured my RAM so that all the settings are as the manual suggests. Voltage is correct, timings are correct and speed is correct.

System:
R5 2600
ASUS B450M-K (No X.M.P only D.O.C.P)
Team T-Force Dark 3200mhz 16gb

Note: It used to work then one day it went down to 2400mhz and won't move back to 3200mhz.
Any ideas on what else might need to change?

Solution
If that doesn't work, I would try setting the Optimized Default settings (usually on the Exit tab in an Asus BIOS), then save and reboot.
Then go back into the BIOS and try setting the DOCP to 3200 again and save and reboot again.

Not sure what did it but RAM is working at 3200mhz, if anything does go wrong or I get blue screened I'll probably go back to different speed. Anyways, thanks all.

Edit: I think it was resetting bios and then restarting and putting it in 3200mhz, again not quite sure.
