On my main PC I rebooted and pressed delete to get into my bios and once in, it froze. The last time it did this my overclock was too high and I had to jump the CMOS. But in this instance I had a stable overclock for about a week. I rebooted again and still froze in bios. So I decided to jump the cmos to fix everything. It didn't work...the first time jumping the cmos didn't work for me so I'm kind of shocked/scared.

I have no clue what is going on and why it won't post but I need to get back on it ASAP because of some important things I need to get to.

try the following:
hold the front panel power switch depressed until shut down;
■switch off the power supply - or, if no switch, unplug it;
■depress the front panel power switch for twenty seconds more;
■jumper, or (carefully) short the RST_CMOS pins momentarily;
■unplug all USB devices, except keyboard and rodent;
■PSU switch back on;
■power up - first thing, enter the BIOS and do the "Load Optimized";
■<F10> to save and exit;
hopefully - good to go!
