System specs:
8700k
x hero
16GB (2x8GB) 3200mhz dominator platinum
Evga 750g2 supernova
H150i pro rgb
970 evo 500gb

Why will my system not start even though i have taken everything out of case following the guides commonly referred to here on forum..?

So before my system (usually) has an issue of where i power on & pc immediately switches off for 2-3 secs & restarts as normal, this occurs with xmp profile enabled and to stop this i would run the VCCIO voltage lower which is raised from 0.928v to 1.34 volts-causing system to "double post" I would try various voltages below between 1.34 down to 1.05
(Mainly leave at 1.150)

So anyway...with the system like this the pre post time would take long going from red cpu led flash twice then move to DRAM led steady lit ,code 32 , back to cpu led quickly and then to dram code 32 again and continue the boot process successfully.

During the led switching moment their are many other codes that move quite fast like they would nearly stop but dont.

Now I was trying to solve this through threads with no luck and so i tried just lowering RAM to 3000mhz instead and leaving at that, as usually it seems stable to do so.
When I applied this setting i exited bios and went back in to find it had changed my Dram voltage to 1.5v .
I was shocked and panicked and powered down the system switched back on and got code 00 with blank screen but system on, fans on after about 10-15 secs it shutdown and i tried to boot but now no luck, if i leave a gap in between attempts and turning PSU switch off also then i will get a little very short attempt to power on evident when noticing the cpu cooler light try to cone on but fails in a flash, Thereafter i cannot get anything but board lights , no fans spinning no codes no power to board full stop!.

Tried another working PSU of similiar spec.Tried changing thermal paste restating cpu checking for bent pins, cables ATX and EPS are in nothing but motherboard on top of motherboard box with cpu installed new h150i (working one ) 1 stick of RAM trying both in alternate order in A2 slot or both A2 & b2. RAM fully seated in. No wires or screws are trapped in motherboard.

I did have issues since 8 months and this is my SECOND 8700k, First was diagnosed with overheating BSOD after i RMA d due to this double post issue and also I was getting downclocking of cpu at stock setting in stress tests after 10 secs with that cpu even though thermally was not throttling, this new cpu was doing same thing but when i sent it back they said nothing was wrong and gave it back to me with their settings which seemed to work for the downclocking but not double post ( not really sure they even 100% changed any in the first place) so yeah basically the issue remained.
Looks like maybe my motherboard was killing my CPU....idk but it has now come to this point where system wont start at all and i am really stressed out.

Really interested in what any one else may help me with.

Thank you in advanced.

Maybe not so directly fair enough, but
Read First paragraph "have taken everything out of case following the instructions referred to on this forum" no post instructions guide.
It is a lengthy guide which includes obvious actions such as making sure even 'silly' mistakes such as 8 pin cpu cable is connected or clearing cmos etc.
I mentioned the board is getting no power, no fans spinning.

I have mentioned that I used such instructions such as the guide on here for no post to make it shorter because i repeatedly made threads where i do mention details and still get the same answer "clear cmos" after which i reply and get reply back "oh sorry, never saw that" and then usually they never reply back or ask me to do yet another thing that I already mentioned within the same thread. 8 months, many threads!

Why would I try all this guide and not clear cmos flash bios when I am using the guide...he is telling me to load defaults (btw) NOT clear cmos which is appropriate term, had he known it is not powering on.
From this For me it could appear he thinks i can still get into bios and maybe for him it appears i didn't somehow clear cmos / remove board battery etc
Or follow the guide in which i mentioned however i don't want to speculate here.
If in doubt a person should ask for details of exactly what was done or whether someone has done something rather than assume they haven't even though they said they have in some way or alluded to it.

Anyway if it appears rude that is your opinion!
You are not him to make that judgement. Fact I have been trolled on this forum and it cost me first cpu. Where i was told lists of voltages to raise that were perfectly 'safe' to run it at. So i am more cautious now.

IdeallyThis forum is for reading people's post which should be clear and detailed and for people to ask more info if required but that is another debate & really useless here.

Let's not go there

Anyway It's ok I won't be needing help any longer
i have sent it in for RMA.
But Thank you for your time :)
I will post result of RMA here in case it benefits anyone in future.

So one needs to assume things, read between the lines and see through constellations alignment :??:before daring to -in good faith- SUGGEST eventual solution? and be cautious not to miss any detail in fear of extemporaneous reprisal? Serious piece of logic :pt1cable: -a fortiori - coming from the person who is asking for help, this lack of patience and of sens of retention is far from being surprising and is so caricaturally ironic.:sarcastic:
