[SOLVED] System32 files missing

Hi, i suck at computers and I've realised i have a missing system32 file. Every time i try to open certain apps i get an error bad image pop up. I have tried using the system file checker tool but whenever i use sfc /scannow it says that the repair service can not be fixed?

You may have to save your data, wipe the disk and start over with a clean OS install.
