SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION BSOD Windows 8.1

So, I keep getting the SSE BSOD along with the _Thread_Not_Found BSOD as well. I don't know what the heck is going on. This new mobo has been problematic, and Gigabyte's CS team is probably brain-dead because they don't know why i want to return it. But, I have attached my .dmp file for someone to look at, because for the sake of my gaming binges, I'd like to fix this error and just move on.

will most probably a driver problem..i had a similar problem when i installed my netgear n150 usb adapter's drivers on windows 8..had to install the driver in compatibility mode for windows 7 with admin rights..that solved the problem..just install the driver u mostly suspect in compatibility mode..that should solve the problem..

Idk why AMD overdrive was doing it but, I haven't BSOD'd since I turned it off. I forgot my mobo lets my oc my GPU in the bios so, maybe that's why!
