%SystemDrive% recently appeared on my desktop after deleting some Steam games. I know this is important and how can I hide it. It's size is 608KB and it contains this: C:\Users\AL3X\Desktop\%SystemDrive%\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Caches and then 3 Data Base Files. Also, a couple of weeks have passed since it mysteriously appeared, and it still on my desktop. HELP!

P.S: My operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit.

Solution
The %systemdrive% is an environmental variable that usually points to the root of the C drive. If you open it and it's pointing to the path file you listed, then you can safely delete it. If it just randomly showed up, it might be a good idea to scan for malware as well. There is a guide in my signature to do so.
