Systems goes off not solved

Hello I have tried all power options to not go sleep such as troubleshooting in power options and screen saver enable and power option set as never mode check also any motherboard features check graphics features ,check display features

But still it is going to sleep when playing movie
Please help me to solve this

My system details

Gigabyte auros gaming 7
Intel i5 7 generation
Windows 7 professional original
Ram 8 GB DDR4

did you already check on your power plan settings. Display. Turn off display after. set to Never.

I told on last communication everything set as required but it's not resolved
