I am running windows 7 and I am trying to run a program that gives me this error. I actually want to use the app so does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Is there a possible download toresolve? thanks

Try running in XP SP2 compatibilty mode (right-click on the program icon, select "Properties" then select the "Compatibility" tab). If this doesn't help, try ticking the "Run this program as administrator" box.

May not work, but worth a try.
