I overclocked my T-Bird 1,4 @ 1,54 by increasing the multiplier, temperature reading is 36C idle and 40C max.
Can I overclock it more, since temps are low???

I tried 1,6 but windows didnt startup, how to get it at 1,6 rock stable???
My cooling is a Vantec 6035D copper

What is its core voltage when you overclock? You might need to increase it a little higher.

default voltage, wich I cant remember what it is
I can add up to 0.4V...is it good?

It should be set at 1.75V then, but probably your Hardware Monitor shows around 1.8V (my Abit KG7-RAID and Asus A7V-133 do that). You can up it ~1.8V to see if it's stable. If not you might have to go with its Max voltage (remember when you upping its voltage, the CPU's temp also increase so keep an eye on its temp).

Well thanks, I will try that later and tell u if I could get it higher

should be fine if you increase the voltage, just watch the temps, I got a 1400@1700 on a kt7a raid (2.05v with mod and watercooled)
