T-Bred(A) on GA7VAX

I tried to OC my 1700+ T-Bred A on Gigabyte ga7vax (kt400) at 1.75 ghz (1.65v)...it works fine at 12.5*133(1750) but are some problems at 10.5*166(1743)...the system boot normaly, works normaly, but after restart: No POST!
If I turn off, and turn on the system works fine.

NO idea but are your RAM REAL ddr-333 ?

how good is your power supply?
