T1 & T2 Timings

hey
i was just curious, ram is probably the one thing that i'm not familiar with, eg. timings and this T1 & T2 stuff. i have done a little research and found some benchmarks with them. I noticed that my computer is on T2 though i heard that it should be on T1. I have 2 sticks of 512mb Giel pc3200 ram. The T1 timing is roughly 5-10% faster then T2? Can somebody tell me how to change it from T2 ta T1 please.

It varies from bios to bios what brand motherboard do you have and whats the model number.

Its a Biostar NF4ST-A9. I can see thatthe 2 sticks of ram are in the dual channel B slots, not the A, could that b a reason for the T2 timings aswell?
