T2-FM-So Long Hammers--Loot?

The loot list says there are 2 golden hammers in the Builder's Notes
Room. Where are they? I see two benches below stained glass windows, but
nothing is on them.
I've been to the secret room in there and got the candlestick.

The benches you mentioned are in the hallway leading into the room with the
altar. They should be sitting on the windowsills in the same room as the
altar that the book was floating above.

Thanks Nightwalker! I was expecting bigger hammers and overlooked
them. If they were snakes, they would have bitten me for sure.
Now, how do I exit that area? It seems the door I went through is
now blocked.
Does it matter that I am doing this part before the vault part? I
have the book, but not the gem. I have seen the gem from one side, but
not made it to the other side yet.
