Question T3I Rebel not functioning well as webcam

I have a t3i rebel camera that is connected to my pc via Elgato Cam Link. For a while it worked fine as a webcam with occasional problems. But now it has consistently unusable frame rates and waves throughout the screen following any movement. It records fine as an actual camera but through streamlabs obs, it's quality is insanely bad. Does anyone have a fix?
