T60 2 GIGs at 667 or 3 gigs at 533

Im ordering lappys for the developers doing database work and heavy coding. Which would be better for them??

1) Fast, big hard drives (i.e. 7200rpm rather than the laptop standard 5400rpm).
2) Fast CPUs.
3) The 3GB of RAM, even if running at a slightly slower speed.
