T7500 at 78C?

Hi,
My Lenovo Y430 has the below specs:
-Intel C2D T7500 (2.2GHz)-VCore 1.25V
-4GB DDR3 PC-8500F
-250GB HDD
-nVIDIA 9300M GS (256MB GDDR2, 64bit)(Core 580MHz, Memory 400MHz, Shader 1450MHz)
Under Full Load,
Core 1-72C, Core 2-78C??
The TJ Max of the CPU is 85C.
What can I do?

1. It could be caused by Windows Power Management setting. If the power scheme is set to “Home/Office Desk” set it back to “Portable/Laptop”.
For Windows XP and Vista, go to Start -> Control Panel and double click on “Power Options”. Under “Power schemes” section, select “Portable/Laptop” and click “OK”.
2. Buy a laptop cooler: Zalman ZM-NC2000 is a good option
