Question Tab purchase guide

Ii work on some sites which requires proper desktop view to work. its not possible to open laptop now and then on the move and i was not able to get complete desktop view on mobile phone so i needed a tab just for my online work a tab that can open every site in desktop view. so please guide me what can i get cheapest. thanks

Every 2-in-one (Windows) laptop should do that. Detach the keyboard, and you get just a tablet with "standard" Desktop environment.
