Question Tab Session Manager refuses to restore sessions in Firefox ?

Hello:
When I try to restore sessions in Tab Session Manager on my father‘s computer, nothing happens.

This problem doesn’t occur with the same Firefox extension on my computer.
Anyone can help me?

It is an extension. It is on the last version.
This link didn't solve the problem.
I've even reinstalled the extension and nothing.
The problem is it don't respond when I click open to open the session, which have two windows, in a new windows. If I adds it to the current window, only the first window opens in the current window and the second not appearing.

As it is a Firefox extension you should be contacting the writer of the extension for this

What is strange: This problem happening only with the Firefox of my father computer. With the Firefox of my computer, there are no problems with this extension at all.

Update: I refreshed Firefox. Nothing helping. Tab Session Manager still don't restores sessions.

what are specs of your fathers pc?

he doesn't have any cleaning programs like ccleaner on pc, as they could be deleting the restore file

I don't think any cleaning program would help.
I installed Tab Session Manager from the beginning after refreshing Firefox, and despite this, it still don't restores new sessions.
