Tablet Charging Problem

Hello guys. I own a Lenovo Tab 2 A10 for less than a year. All of a sudden it stopped charging properly. Coincidentally, my sister's smartphone is having the same issue. We both use the stock Lenovo charger. At first I thought it was the charger's fault (duh). But, my sister's smartphone charges up to 100% (a lot slower than usual, but still). On the other hand, my tablet stops at 21-24%. It seems like it's charging, but it doesn't. I did order a new charger, but I just want your opinion. Thank you.

Wait until your new charger arrives. You can try also ordinary microUSB charger, to see whether it will go past 24%.

I know if I partially unplug the cable it will charge slower then normal on my Samsung. Check to make sure it's firmly plugged in when charging.

I own the samee tablet and have suffered from the same problem, here is the fix
1. Blow out the charging port then retry
2. Undo the back and tighten the earth side of the charging port with a small screwdriver
3. Buy a new connection lead (not a cheap charging lead but a data connection lead)
4. Buy new charger
5. Enjoy
