Question Tablet faster than Amazon Fire 8 < 100 USD?

I bought an Amazon Fire 8 for 80 CAD (today = 62.46 USD), and I love the battery-life and I'm satisfied with the apps selection. From time-to-time it gets real slow and I'm not sure if the main culprit is the CPU or the memory, but I'd like to get something better if there is < 100 USD. Any suggestion? The battery-life of the faster-processing system need to be--minimum--8 hours. Preferably, just like the Amazon Fire 8, there would be a low-power mode (which I use the vast majority of the time).

With a budget of $100 you could buy a real Android tablet with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. It's the minimum for specs nowadays.

I've seen a Lenovo tablet with such specs for less than $100.

I looked at the Canadian versions of Amazon, Newegg & Best Buy and I can't find anything close to my budget (today 100 USD = 127.85 CAD) for a Lenovo tablet > 2 GB RAM.
