Tablet for WoW Questing

Greetings! I'm interested in picking up a super portable tablet for doing some light gaming (WoW questing). The two ones that I am mainly considering are the Surface Pro 2 (the 8 gb ram model) or the Surface 3 (4 gb ram model). I'm not expecting to run it on ultra or anything, just smoothly. Which would be my best bet?
