Tablet is asking for proxy pin

My sister has had problems with her computer and finally got her connection back. Problem is now, that although she has connection with her phone.. her tablet is another story. She is selecting the correct wifi but it's requiring a pin. Where does she go in her computer to find that? This was after she pressed the WPS button on her Dish modem.

The PIN should be printed on the equipment label and/or be available in the router/modem setup page. BTW WPS is insecure and is best turned off and never used. That is also accomplished in the router setup. A long passphrase is preferred.
