Question Tablet mode adjusment on, even if the option is turned off

I have a envy x360 which can reverse its touchscreen 360 degrees. The issues is even if I turn off tablet mode, Windows 10 still does some sort of touch adjustment which I don't like and don't need because I connect an external monitor. Is there any way to turn it off? The first picture is when laptop is not turned, the second is when it is turned with tablet mode off.
