Question Tablet RAM Difference

I want to buy a cheap tablet but Im not sure between the two items because I dont understand duplicate specifications on the page.
Can you tell me what item has a better Processor, Ram, Graphics? I think DDR3 is faster but says 1GB and also 32GB for the Charcoal RCA tablet? Can you tell me which one of these tablet its better for the price? Thanks for any advice.

Speed: 1GB DDR3 RAM or 32 GB SDRAM DDR3 ? Two different specs listed on the same item??? Look closely at the The specs at the top right of the page...then look at the "more product details" at the bottom left of the page

Both tablets have 1 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage space. I honestly think those two tablets might be the same model just with different colors.
