Tablet stuck in boot process

I have a DOPO Double Power 7" Tablet that seems to be stuck when its booting.

on attempting to start, the tablet with turn on and proceed to booting up until this screen:

However, it just stays there forever, never ending, until you force shutdown.

i have tried recovery but pressing the Vol+ and power together only bring me to this screen:

There are no words, or texts of any shape, size or form, unless you press the power button and it says "Rebooting. . ." and then shuts off.

This tabled isn't/wasn't a very good brand to start with, but we don.t use it anymore and its just being a paperweight. I'm not really here to find a way to fix it, but if there is a chance i can restore it i would like to attempt to. Please and thanks if anyone has any thoughts.

I don't pretend to be an android expert. Is the tablet new? Did you use it already, or did it just start like that? Maybe try plugging it into a charger? Sorry if you try this and it ends up just being a waste of time, it's just a thought...

You will have to find a rom for your device and flash it...
