Question Tabs moving on my second monitor?

This is nearly impossible for me to explain,

I have two monitors, one is 239 Hz & The other is 144hz
Say I have a video on my second monitor in fullscreen & Then I tab into my game the Video on monitor 2 will move over to the right so I can only see half the video & then I tab back out & the video goes back to full screen? no matter what is on monitor number 2 it will always move over to the right when I tab into my game, no matter the game, could be Rust/Cs/PUBG anything

I'm playing CS: GO in Stretched 1280x1024 Fullscreen.
However, this shouldn't matter because my friends are all the same and they don't have this issue

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Monitors: make and model?

What video connections/cables are being used between GPU and/or Motherboard GPU? HDMI, DP, DVI-x?

If you right click an open area of your desktop are you able to access the Control Panel menus for your GPU?

I downloaded and installed Display Fusion and had a play about with it & when I tick the option
"auto-split eyefinity and nvidia surround monitors"

It fixes my problems, But I'd love to have it fixed without having to run this program in the background but I can't actually figure out what ticking that button actually does,
