Tacens Radix VI 650W

Hello,

Is my PSU Tacens Radix VI 650 enough for my system ? Cuz when I OC my cpu to 4.2ghz and I run prime 95 I get blue screens 0x124.. Some people is telling me its my psu that only have like 432 W :/


My specs are :
GPU : Msi r9 270 oc @ 1100 core clock and 1500 mem
MB : MSI z87-g43 Gaming
CPU - i7 4770k @ 4.0ghz.

The Radix VI only has 36A on its 12V rail, it is not a 650W PSU, it is much closer to a 500W PSU. A 270 at stock needs 150W, with a ~20%/~60% OC, i would expect that to be closer to 200W, with a 20% OC on your 4770k you are very close to that PSUs capacity, though with all that OCing odds are you just have something that isn't quite stable combined with a weaker PSU.

Can you give me advices to a good PSU ?

Where are you located as that greatly impacts what you have available. What sites can you get a PSU from? Tacen is rare in North America so i'm assuming you are not US or Canada

If you are going to stick with a single card the Corsair TX650V2 will do nicely, if you want to move up to two cards, go for the TX750V2
