Take dual channel or Triple ??

Hi

My motherboard support dual and triple what will be better for me ?

I have many choices for triple (My CPU I7 920 so I don't know if these are going to word please advice me)

i7 920 will be triple channel. Which MB do you have?

I would go with a triple channel Memory kit, at 1600MHz and lower timings (9-9-9-24) for best performance.

Going up to 2000 MHz won't really give you any extra performance.

Unless you have 3 slots for DDR3, it will not run in triple channel mod.
Many of the MBs that supported both DDR2 and DDR3 run the DDR3 in dual channel mode.

Concur, I also prefer DDD3-1600 (DDR2-800)
