Taking a GPU out of a dell pc

So I have a Inspiron 3656 with a R9 360 and a fx 8800p in it. Since the cpu is bad I plan building another pc with a ryzen 3 1200. Could I take the GPU from the Inspiron and put it in the new pc? (it isnt welded in or anything)

Yes. You can transplant the GPU into another rig. No worries.
