Taking a graphics card out of old PC and putting it into new one

title explains it all, i just got a new gtx 1050 ti for my computer and now i know that my cpu is trash and cant upgrade it due to onboard graphics. so i was wondering if i buy a different pc with a better processor can i use my graphics card that has already been used before. (also knowing if i can use ram sticks would be nice) thank you!

You can use the graphics card, but depending on the ram, you MIGHT not be able to, you need to know what motherboard your new computer is gonna have and what ram you have.

Yes you can reused a gpu as long as it have the right slot, same as the ram.
