Taking computer parts to a plane

hi a just wanted to ask when i take my computer parts like motherboard ram and cpu to a plane do i need to take out the cpu ? or can it stay in the motherboard and take out just the heatsink

Should i just put it in antistatic bag with cpu not covered ? Or sould i cover it with something
