Taking pictures with my built in webcam

Can anyone help i cant seem to be abled to take pictures with my webcam its built into my laptop, i can use it on msn for chat but not to take pics i have a fujitsu amiol notebook and running windows 7. someone please help 🙁

If you can't find any free software, Use the Snipping tool (Start/ Accessories) to capture a window or full screen.
