Taking something out of the usb slot turns off the computer

Basically whenever I insert a USB and try to take it out when I'm done (yes I pressed eject) my computer shuts off. This is a custom built computer so it might be something I did but everything seems fine. I have checked bios and some of control center but I can't find anything else. Also this is for any of the USB ports, from the mother board

specs:
motherboard: asus prime b450m-a/csm
CPU: Ryzen 2200g
RAM 16gb Viper Elite 2400Mhz
Graphics: Asus ROG STRIX RX560

deadsolot4609lol, looks like a short. Try the motherboard on another unit or contact the manufacture.

I don't exactly know what you mean about another unit but I dont think its a short because if I have something perventing shutdown I can go back to windows. Also if I'm right about the entire another unit thing I don't have another case or motherboard.
