Tampered with bios now my parents pc keeps crashing

I changed some settings in my parents bios. One of them is increaseing the frequency of the ram which causes the pc to crash a few seconds after boot, the other is a setting related to usb devices and boot time which prevents any usb device to be detected until windows loads which means i cant enter bios. Can anyone help me with this before my dad notices?

There should be "Reset defaults" somewhere, usually "factory" and "optimized".

there should be a clear the cmos jumper near the cmos. it should reset the bios back to default.
